Eliminating toxic fats can make you heart attack proof!
Written by Suzie Terzian @yourhealthguidesuzan
Old, faulty science pointed the finger on saturated fat being the cause of heart disease.
We now know this to be untrue.
We need to pay attention to lipid scientists the people who focus on learning about lipids (fats) and their roles in the human body. Through years of research, they have found that cholesterol and saturated fat are not your heart’s enemy.
Industrial fat products – the vegetable oils ARE.
Why are vegetable oils toxic to our arteries?
Because they contain delicate polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs).
PUFAs are heat-sensitive and turn into toxic compounds causing the formation of free radicals.
Free radicals are involved in every known disease.
Where are vegetable oils found?
Other than your cooking oils, vegetable oil is found in almost all ready-made foods – think granola, baked goods, soy milk, vegetarian cheese, meat substitutes, store bought salad dressings, roasted nuts, and all restaurants and fast-food chains.
The body is not flawed.
It can deal with natural fats and cholesterol that have been part of the human diet for centuries. They are not the problem.
Heart disease and arteriosclerosis
Is the result of the invention of the food industry’s refined, bleached, and deodorised vegetable oils. Food manufacturers use vegetable oils because they’re (surprise surprise) cheap and easy to manipulate for taste.
Heat damages these fatty acids, leading to plaque building up in the arteries.
We are being bombarded with the overconsumption of unnatural, pro-inflammatory vegetable oils thanks to the food industry.
Cutting them out will protect your heart, and will also protect you from other chronic diseases.
