Yoga
Meena, a scholar in Indian History and English has been practicing Yoga in India since childhood and has expertly honed her teaching skills from within educational schools in India.
She fell in love with Yoga, and as she got older, she fell in love with herself. She saw how many benefits felt in her body and mind after regular practice of Yoga. Once she moved to the Middle East, she took her knowledge further by certifying with “Yoga First Middle East.” For her teaching Yoga is much more fun and positive when incorporating Vedic Science in her teachings.
The Vedic sciences include Jyotish (Vedic astrology, science of time), Ayurveda (the science of healing), Tantra (the knowledge of universal patterns of energies underlying visible and invisible worlds, includes science of mantras, yantra, and sacred myths) and Vastu (science of space and placement) and last but not least, the science of Yoga and Vedanta philosophy.
From there, Meena had a thirst for more, adding more qualifications to complement and bolster her current skillset.
She became certified in “Pilates” and “Advance Pilates” basically focussing on injury prevention and Rehab training, and Himalayan Kriya educator in Yang Meditation.
Meena continues on with her education in Sound Healing, to further relax her clients and ease tension.
She loves to help people with their own self-development and lifestyle improvement. For her development is about transforming the lives of people, not just economies.
