Ria Haffar, an Abu Dhabi-based yoga therapist, has dedicated over a decade to the practice and teaching of yoga. Initially a hobby to manage stress from her interior design career, yoga became her passion. She trained extensively in India, earning certifications from Bihar School of Yoga (Hatha) and Shivananda Ashram (sacred knowledge). Furthering her expertise, she became a certified yoga therapist, working with diverse clients, including those recovering from addiction, cancer, diabetes, and arthritis.
Her certifications include a BA from Central St. Martin’s, multiple yoga teacher trainings, and a Yoga Therapy Diploma from Yogacampus, London.
