Open to anyone who wishes to deepen their practice or become a certified yoga teacher, regardless of previous yoga experience.
Programme Structure 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training
Part 1 — Oct to Dec 2026:
W1 – Weekend 1: 30 Oct – 1 Nov
W2 – Weekend 2: 6–8 Nov
W3 – Weekend 3: 13–15 Nov
W4 – Weekend 4: 20–22 Nov
W5 – Weekend 5: 27–29 Nov
W6 – Weekend 6: 4–6 Dec
Part 2 — Jan 2027:
W7 – Weekend 7: 8–10 Jan
W8 – Weekend 8: 15–17 Jan
W9 – Weekend 9: 22–24 Jan
W10 – Weekend 10: 29–31 Jan (exams + graduation)
Daily format:
– Friday: 3 hours – starts 2:30pm
– Saturday: 8 hours – 8 am to 1:00 pm – then from 2:00 pm to 5 pm
– Sunday: 8 hours – 8 am to 1:00 pm – then from 2:00 pm to 5 pm
– Total per weekend: 19 hours
