Box 94145. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not use or access this website.

These terms and conditions administer your use of our website. Please read the terms in full before you use this Website. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use this Website. Using the Website implies that you accept these terms. We update these terms often so please refer back to them in the future.
Site Access
You will be able to access the majority of this Website without having to register any details with us. However, particular areas of this Website will only be accessible only once you have registered. Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website or use the website
Use of Website
You are permitted to use our website for your own purposes and to print and download material from this Website provided that you do not modify any content without our consent. Material on this website must not be republished online or offline without our permission. User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account

Payment Confirmation
Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10-45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Account Creation
You warrant that:
- The Personal Data which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and
- You will notify us immediately of any changes to the Personal Data by updating these details on your online account.
- You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.
Pricing
The information displayed on the website related to pricing and service availability is subject to change by Bodytree without notice.
Online Bookings
Pre-booked classes must be paid for in advance.
We require that you sign into class in our studios a minimum of 5 minutes prior to the class start time. If you have not signed in by this time your space will be opened up to allow drop-ins and this will be treated as a late cancellation – your class will not be credited or refunded.
Payments
- If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
- The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
- We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED.
- https://www.bodytreestudio.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
- Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
Site Uptime
We take all reasonable steps to ensure that this Website is available 24 hours every day, 365 days per year. However, websites do sometimes encounter downtime due to server and other technical issues. Therefore, we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.
This Website maybe temporarily unavailable due to issues such as system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control. Where possible we will try to give our visitors advance warning of maintenance issues but shall not be obliged to do so.

Promotions & Discounts
Concessionary discounts are offered on occasions of drop in classes, class packages, workshops and training. Where required for the discount, suitable identification must be provided at the studio to prove eligibility – concessionary discounts cannot be applied for online orders placed on this website.
Corporate discounts can be provided on request. For further information, contact us at management@bodytreestudio.com
Promotions cannot be combined or backdated.
Gift Vouchers
- Please protect your Gift Voucher and treat it as cash; we cannot replace lost, stolen or damaged vouchers.
- The gift voucher will expire as indicated on the voucher. If the assigned voucher is for a package, the package expiration dates apply.
- Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. If the voucher is for a monetary amount, that amount will be put into your Bodytree Mindbody account to be used at your discretion for Bodytree Studio. We do not give change or refunds on gift vouchers.
- We reserve the right to refuse to accept a gift voucher which we deem to be tampered with, duplicated or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud.
- We reserve the right to amend the gift voucher terms and conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.
Pre-Booking
Pre-booking is required for all group classes. Pre-booking can only be done with a pre-paid package. No bookings can be made without pre-payment or without an active package.
Packages can be purchased at reception or online at www.bodytreestudio.com.
Cancellation and Refunds
In the scenario where an event is cancelled by Bodytree Studio Sole Proprietorship LLC then a refund of the total purchase value will be returned to the clients or credited to your Bodytree Mindbody account.
Late Arrival and Cancellation for Group Classes
- We allow a 5-minute grace period. Arrival to class after 5 minutes will result in the loss of your spot.
- Bodytree employs a strict cancellation policy for all group classes. Any class cancelled after 7pm the night before; the client will be charged the full fee for that class.
Late Arrival and Cancellation for Private Sessions
- If the client arrives more than 10 minutes late, and has not notified a Bodytree Staff member, please note the session will be cancelled and the client will be charged for the full amount of the class.
- Bodytree employs a strict cancellation policy for all one-on-one private appointments. If the required notice of 7pm the night before is not provided, the client will be charged the full fee for that appointment.
- Clients who are late and have notified a Bodytree Staff member, will only be allotted their scheduled time and forfeit the time lost.
Late Arrival and Cancellation Policy for Duet or Group Private Lessons
- Bodytree employs a strict cancellation policy for duet, trio and group private appointments. If the required notice of 7pm the night before is not provided, the client/clients will be charged the full fee for that appointment. (for Duet and Group Privates, all members have to cancel otherwise the lesson goes ahead with the higher rate.
- If all members arrive more than 10 minutes late, and have not notified a Bodytree Staff member, please note the session will be cancelled and the clients will be charged for the full amount of the class.
- If those who are late and have notified a Bodytree Staff member, they will only be allotted their scheduled time and forfeit the time lost.
Method of Appointment Cancellation
Cancellation of your appointment:
- i) By telephone to the studio reception on 02 443 4448 which must also then be authenticated by sending a cancellation email to info@bodytreestudio.com (business hours only)
Cancellation through your instructor will not be registered.
If you are going to be away for an extended period of time please advise reception.
Expiration Policy
All packages must be used during the specified validity period.
Unused sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Cancellation through your instructor will not be registered.
Workshops and Courses
Payment is required to hold a spot for a workshop or course. Spots are allocated on a first come first serve basis and will be allocated to those who have made payment.
For cancellations less than 24 hours before the course or workshop there will be no refunds or transfers unless you are sick/injured/pregnant and can provide a doctor’s note
In this case we will refund the fee, minus a 20% + VAT admin fee. If a course or workshop is cancelled you will be offered either a cash refund or the option of being transferred to an alternative event.
Retreats and Special events may have separate terms and conditions that will apply for that specific event.
Minimum Age to Purchase
You have to be aged 18 years or above to make a purchase.
Dispute
In case of any disputes the law applicable would be based on the UAE Governing Law.
Transaction Currency
Type of currency accepted in a transaction is AED.
Your Personal Information
Usage of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
